SPECIAL TIPS:

The greedy fruit of the summer is Peach tree such as Apricots and Cherries: pink flowers cover the branches in spring even before the leaves. The numerous cultivars bear fruit with a juicy white or yellow pulp between the end of June and September, a characteristic and irresistible aroma, rich in vitamins A, C and precious mineral salts. The plant resists the cold but since it blooms early it is advisable to cultivate it in temperate areas to prevent the cold from damaging the fruits, in fertile soils with a light structure, avoiding stagnation of humidity; the plant never reaches excessive dimensions, in spring it can be hit by "peach bubble", a disease that shrinks the leaves so it will be necessary to intervene with specific fungicides.

PLANTING TIPS:

The potted plant can be planted all year round: after having prepared the hole, free the plant from the pot avoiding breaking the clod and plant it using a soil mixed with fine earth and keeping the grafting point on the surface, close the hole and support the plant with a brace and wet abundantly.

Carry out adequate pruning and organic fertilizations.

IMPORTANT:

To obtain abundant productions, he always recommends planting at least two different cultivars and guaranteeing good pollination.
